Singer and YouTube star Christina Grimmie has died at the age of 22 after being shot multiple times during a Meet and Greet.
Orlando Police confirmed the passing of Christina earlier today.

“It is with a heavy heart that we can confirm that Christina has passed and went home to be with the Lord,” Christina’s publicist told E! News, continuing and ending this heartbreaking statement with “She was shot at her show in Orlando and, unfortunately, didn’t survive the gun shot wounds. We ask at this time that you respect the privacy of her family and friends in their time of mourning.”
The former The Voice contestant was taken to a local hospital in Florida after being shot multiple times by a male suspect, who has in turn, taken his own life.
